Special Order items are pre-purchased and awaiting shipment from the vendor/supplier. Estimated shipping dates are just that, ESTIMATES! Estimated shipping dates may change depending bad weather conditions, holiday scheduling, shipping delays by carriers, and/or the vendor. You will be notified via email when there is a delay. 

Please ask our Client Sales Consultant to determine which items are eligible for Special Orders. NOT all items are eligible.

All Special Orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Clients will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Special Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order #.
