Conditions for Exchange: For the exchange to be processed smoothly, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The merchandise is unworn.
- It's in a clean, pristine condition.
- No damage has occurred to the item.
- All original tags remain securely attached.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide details of the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
- Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it meets the specified conditions.
- Ship the package back to us, and upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange promptly OR stop by the store and we will process the exchange.
1. Even Exchanges: Feel free to exchange your item for an alternative of equal value. If you've had a change of heart or need a different size or color, we're happy to facilitate an even exchange. Simply follow our exchange process, and we'll ensure a smooth transition to your new choice.
